2013 Water Polo Season Wraps Up with Golden West Atop Standings

The Orange Empire Conference 2013 women's water polo season comes to a close with the Golden West Rustlers looking to to clinch a back to back OEC Championship.

No. 1 Golden West (22-0, 6-0) is focused on bringing home the championship. Finishing their second undefeated season the women are determined to let nothing stop them.

No. 2 Riverside finishes their regular season play 13-2 overall, and 5-1. The only lost dealt to the Tigers in conference play was at the hand of Golden West in a close 11-9 defeat. Riverside's biggest win of the season was a 20-3 victory over Chaffey College.

No. 3 Fullerton went 23-3 for their season, with a record of 4-2 in the OEC. The Hornets stung was felt as they took home the Saddleback Tournament Championship, sweeping the competition.

Orange Coast (3-3), Cypress (2-4) Saddleback (1-5) and Santa Ana (0-6) will each have their chance to move up in the standings.
