College of the Desert led wire-to-wire in capturing the 2014 OEC women's golf title, putting an exclamation point on the title at the conference championship held at Woods Valley Golf Course on November 3 and 5.

The Roadrunners shot a team score of 312 on the first day of the conference championship to hold an 18 stroke advantage over Fullerton as Samantha Stewart carded a 76, Fumika Matsumoto added a 78, and Brooke Raney and Chantelle McCarthy each posted a 79. Desert posted a similar 313 team score on the second day, 33 strokes better than Fullerton (346). Fullerton held on to edge out Palomar (679) by three strokes with Irvine Valley back at 700.
The conference championship didn't alter the final team placefinish at all as Desert completed the conference schedule undefeated (96-0). Irvine Valley had seven runner-up finishes during the season and held on to second place in the conference standings with 74 wins. Fullerton closed the gap on Irvine Valley, accounting for 71 wins, and Palomar finished with 60 wins to take fourth place. Those top four teams advanced to the regional championship.
