2022 Orange Empire Conference Men's Golf News
The Saddleback men's golf team finished second at the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) State Championships at Soboba Springs Golf Club in San Jacinto on Monday. The Bobcats made a charge in the second round before coming up short to College of the Canyons.
The Orange Empire Conference traveled to Temecula Valley GC for the second time this season for the ten-team OEC Championships. The CypressChargers went into the tournament in first place in both the Coastal Division and the entire Orange Empire Conference, but the Saddleback Bobcats came into the tournament strong and were able to knock off the Chargers and claim the OEC crown.
Men’s Golf Orange Empire Conference competition is set to tee off on Monday, March 7th. Cypress College will host the first OEC tournament of the season at Candlewood CC (par 70) at 9am.
