Marris Posts a 69 To Lead Chargers' Charge

David Marris shot a 3-under-par 69 to earn individual medalist honors and lead Cypress to a six-shot victory over Mt. San Antonio College in an Orange Empire Conference match held at the Tustin Ranch Golf Course recently.

Marriss saw teammates Panos Pantazopoulos and Jay Chang each post 75's while Dalton Davenport added a 76 as the Chargers edged up to the top of the conference standings.  Mt. San Antonio is now one win behind Cypress in the standings.  The Mounties saw Han Lee and Blake Copeland each post 74's on the Tustin Ranch course while Felix Tsui added a 76.

Orange Coast would finish third on the day with a team score of 383 as Mike Stephens and Connor O'Hern each posted even-par rounds of 72.  Theo Delehanty of Riverside carded a 75 as the Tigers finished fourth.
